Responsibilities
- Design and implement RPA, workflow automation, and low-code solutions.
- Develop AI use cases including agent assist, copilots, QA automation, and document intelligence.
- Build prototypes and production-ready automation solutions.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities, conduct feasibility and ROI assessments, and prioritize the automation pipeline with business teams.
- Collaborate with Process Excellence teams to redesign processes and ensure workflow automation readiness.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Deploy, maintain, monitor, and optimize automation solutions for performance, stability, and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance standards and apply responsible AI principles while managing solution risks and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions for business process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions across business and technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in intelligent automation, AI, digital transformation, process improvement, or a related field.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms and applying generative AI tools to business processes.
- Lean certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
