Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship software features across frontend, backend, mobile, or infrastructure.
- Build APIs and services supporting clinical and administrative workflows.
- Develop AI-powered experiences using LLMs and machine learning technologies.
- Build user experiences for clinicians, administrators, and patients.
- Work with healthcare data and complex system integrations.
- Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of production services.
- Add metrics, logging, and monitoring to software.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and debugging.
- Collaborate with product, design, data/ML, infrastructure, and clinical teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expected graduation in 2028.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, Dart, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React, and native mobile platforms.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud object storage, Kubernetes, containers, distributed queues, and data processing pipelines.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Previous software engineering internship or research experience, personal, academic, or open-source projects, shipped software, interest in AI/ML or healthcare technology, and demonstrated project ownership are valued.
