Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM for various business needs.
- Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long scale.
- Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle.
- Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for technical solutions.
- Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce and core systems.
- Develop and enforce best practices for system governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Drive excellence and automation in DevOps using Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Utilize low-code tools to improve workflows and eliminate manual processes.
- Manage system enhancements and customizations.
- Oversee JIRA boards for business systems projects.
- Develop metrics for system observability and performance.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide training and documentation for effective use of business systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, with preferred certifications.
- Experience in implementing Salesforce platform observability best practices.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and understand large system architectures.
- Demonstrated growth and impact through feedback iteration.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning web components and Apex.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics, especially with Snowflake.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce administration and declarative development.
- Experience with JIRA, Notion, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
