Responsibilities

Build deep expertise in Zuora’s subscription business model and product suite.
Translate business needs into robust data models, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
Develop and customize features to create tailored solutions for customers.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to broaden influence across industries.
Provide expert guidance on Zuora products, APIs, and integration strategies.
Author high-quality technical documentation and ensure customer sign-off.
Implement architectural best practices for efficient solutions.
Lead customers through UATs, production deployments, and post-go-live transitions.
Work across a broad technical spectrum including workflows and data migration.
Support customers with ongoing functional and technical queries.
Partner with Zuora Product Engineers to deliver customer solutions.

10+ years of technical experience, including 3–5 years in consulting or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Salesforce APEX, SQL, PL/SQL.
Ability to design and implement API-based integrations.
Strong analytical skills to implement customer-centric solutions.
Understanding of Zuora’s product suite is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
Strong team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
