Responsibilities

Design end-to-end CCaaS solutions that meet business requirements and customer experience goals.
Integrate CCaaS solutions with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Lead and mentor technical experts and serve as the lead for large-scale solution and component development.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones and oversee solution implementation.
Produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, user guides, and other solution documentation.
Provide solutions architecture consultation and advice across Unisys.
Align architectural direction with clients, Product Owners, Sales, Sales Excellence teams, and other stakeholders.
Conduct or lead studies assessing the economic, technical, and organizational feasibility of proposed solutions.
Stay current with CCaaS trends and incorporate implementation best practices.

BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record in the CCaaS space as an architect.
Strong understanding of CCaaS platforms and system integration concepts.
Knowledge of database technologies and security best practices in cloud environments.
Experience with AI-enabled features and omnichannel routing is beneficial.
Ability to lead complex, diverse-scope applications and system solutions involving cross-functional teams and potentially company-wide impact.
