Responsibilities
- Drive resolution of root cause issues reported by the support team.
- Partner closely with support to serve customers effectively.
- Create playbooks for engineering and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Improve platform observability and operations.
- Contribute to operational reliability as part of the product on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Go, gRPC, MySQL, Istio, Prometheus, and Cloud Native Buildpacks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
