Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP Process Orchestration solutions for integration and workflow automation.
- Manage application managed-service tickets and deliver timely, high-quality resolutions.
- Implement change requests and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes.
- Work across at least three SAP modules to improve system performance and reliability.
- Analyse requirements with clients and business users, translate them into technical solutions, lead testing, and oversee deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and team members.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
- Evaluate emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing SAP Process Orchestration solutions.
- Written and spoken German at least at B2 level.
- Written and spoken English at least at B2 level.
- Experience processing tickets in an application managed service and implementing change requests.
- Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules.
- Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with agile methods.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with new technologies and AI-based tools for task automation, information analysis, and content creation.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and managed-service processes is preferred.
