Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, renewals, and assessment engagements.
- Act as the single point of contact for testing solution design across application development, application maintenance, and managed testing services.
- Define end-to-end QE strategies, operating models, effort estimates, resource plans, costing, and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with sales, bid managers, pursuit teams, solution architects, and delivery leads.
- Create commercially viable testing solutions aligned with client requirements and commercial models.
- Participate in customer discussions, proposal defense, and solution presentations.
- Drive AI-led Quality Engineering transformation initiatives and develop reusable QE assets, accelerators, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, solutioning, or pre-sales, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, renewals, and assessment solutioning.
- Expertise in Quality Engineering methodologies, testing best practices, and test transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of functional, automation, performance, and managed testing services.
- Experience with effort estimation, resource planning, solution costing, and commercial models including T&M, fixed price, managed services, and outcome-based engagements.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong customer-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills.
- Experience leveraging AI to shape and differentiate QE/testing solutions, including AI-enabled approaches, accelerators, and commercial propositions.
- Strong experience designing AI-in-testing solutions and embedding AI-driven testing capabilities across the solution lifecycle.
