Base Salary
$136k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues involving TMWSuite applications, database architecture, and integration workflows.
- Engineer, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug pre-process and post-process scripts for customer-specific integrations.
- Query and analyze complex relational databases with SQL to investigate system behavior, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise data integration flows.
- Identify and implement automation, AI, and emerging technology opportunities to improve solution delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, ideally TMWSuite, including functional workflows and underlying structures.
- Proficient SQL skills and strong capability in querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex relational databases.
- Hands-on ability to write, modify, and debug scripts.
- Proven experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues, performing root-cause analysis, and managing data integration flows.
- Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, or automated scripting tools to technical troubleshooting and data processes is preferred.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and support teams is preferred.
