Base Salary

$75k - $139k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce user profiles, security settings, custom objects, fields, and automation tools.
  • Design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to support seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user-reported problems.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring and business insights.
  • Manage project timelines and support successful solution deployment and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders on business challenges, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience with Apex programming, custom Lightning Web Components development, triggers, and REST API integrations.
  • At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce Development Lifecycle, including deployment and packaging.
  • At least 2 years of experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into Salesforce system requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, OmniScript, CRMA, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with at least four Lightning development projects is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
