Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and security.
- Extend Custom Campaign functionality and implement campaign-to-account and campaign member associations.
- Develop automated opportunity creation and assignment processes and configure Account Plans, Action Plans, and Objectives.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Build automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation tools and enhance user experience with Lightning App Builder and Dynamic Forms.
- Support CRM-to-ERP integration requirements, middleware collaboration, and data synchronization troubleshooting.
- Conduct unit and system testing, support code reviews and releases, prepare deployment packages and documentation, and support production releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce Security and Sharing Model.
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment best practices.
- Bilingual capability is indicated by the job title; the listed language requirement is English.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification is preferred.
- Experience with account hierarchy, account planning solutions, enterprise integrations, middleware platforms, or financial services, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
