Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage secure infrastructure for defense systems.
- Orchestrate cloud environments and deploy secure software pipelines.
- Implement FedRAMP and DoD compliance controls.
- Enforce security best practices and ensure systems are resilient and compliant with federal cloud security requirements.
- Manage security automation and cloud infrastructure at the intersection of security, automation, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing FedRAMP or DoD security controls.
- Strong understanding of SOC 2, NIST CSF, and FedRAMP security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience securing cloud environments, particularly AWS GovCloud, Azure GCCH, or Platform One.
- Demonstrated coding skills in Python or Rust.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terragrunt or Terraform.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes, including managing AWS EKS.
- Familiarity with security automation tools, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Understanding of secure coding best practices, including OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust principles, least-privilege access, and cloud security best practices.
- Recent or current U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
