Responsibilities
- Partner with public sector clients to scope complex problems, collect feedback, and implement solutions, including up to two weeks per month in client offices.
- Architect and build production-grade full-stack applications integrating AI models, interactive UIs, backend APIs, and supporting systems.
- Deploy, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure and end-to-end solutions in customer cloud environments.
- Contribute reusable core platform features for diverse international client use cases.
- Collaborate with design, product, data, and operations teams to deliver reliable applications aligned with broader technical architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of post-graduation full-stack engineering experience.
- Required proficiency with React and experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience architecting scalable production applications and managing cloud infrastructure health.
- Experience working directly within customer infrastructure to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot complex end-to-end solutions.
- Experience building solutions with LLMs and understanding the generative AI landscape.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, communicate asynchronously, and deliver reliable software.
- Arabic proficiency, prior forward-deployed or dedicated customer-engineer experience, and cross-functional operations experience are nice to have.
