Responsibilities
- Map current and future business workflows and identify opportunities for AI agents and automation to improve throughput, coverage, or speed.
- Build business cases, quantify projected impact, and align priorities with domain leadership.
- Map structured and unstructured data flows across enterprise systems and design target workflows with human handoffs.
- Build, deploy, and operate AI agents and automation pipelines in production.
- Integrate agents with business systems using MCP servers, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and skills.
- Configure prompts, context, tools, and retrieval pipelines for reliable real-world performance.
- Manage authentication, schema drift, rate limits, data quality, and other enterprise integration challenges.
- Enable business users through access, training, and reusable artifacts.
- Track agent KPIs including throughput, quality, cost, intervention rate, cycle time, and adoption.
- Build and run evaluations, instrument tracing and structured logs, maintain dashboards, triage failures, tune workflows, and retire agents when appropriate.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.
- Working knowledge of LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evaluations, and failure modes.
- Strong comfort with a cloud platform.
- Ability to manage elevated access with least privilege, auditability, and safe rollback practices.
- Strong technical and process judgment, outcome orientation, KPI fluency, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred experience delivering measurable outcomes directly with business teams.
- Preferred experience with enterprise agentic platforms or direct model API development, including CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude, or Codex.
- Preferred background in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or technical operations.
- Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, GxP, or SOX is preferred.

- Base salary ranges vary by cost-of-living area, including $125,000–$156,300 for standard areas, $137,500–$171,900 for higher-cost areas, and $112,600–$140,700 for lower-cost areas.
