Responsibilities

Architect and design complex full-stack applications and distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable code across frontend and backend technologies.
Design scalable microservices architectures and data processing pipelines.
Guide and mentor engineering teams on best practices and technical decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Contribute to technology roadmap and architectural decisions.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack.

5+ years of production experience in backend API development using Golang or Python.
Experience building server-side applications and APIs with Node.js and Express/Fastify.
Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
Advanced proficiency in modern React patterns and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
10+ years of full-stack development experience and 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
