Base Salary
$80k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design test cases and automation scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Execute functional, nonfunctional, regression, performance, and integration tests.
- Identify, document, and analyze defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Map customer requirements to test objectives and support contract compliance.
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Recommend and implement automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Prepare test reports and maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and related records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus three years of relevant experience, or five years of relevant software quality assurance or testing experience.
- Experience with test design, test automation tools, scripting, functional and nonfunctional testing, performance and integration testing, root cause analysis, defect management, and risk-based analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include industry experience, a master’s degree in a relevant quality assurance or testing field, and quality assurance certifications such as CSTE or CSQA.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and inclusive product development is preferred.
