Responsibilities
- Define and drive the DevOps vision using Agile best practices.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services.
- Align DevOps initiatives with engineering, product, and business goals.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Advocate for DevOps culture, automation, and shift-left practices across teams.
- Ensure high-quality engineering across the team and mentor engineers.
- Facilitate communication among different departments.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VMs, networking, storage, AKS, App Services, and Key Vault.
- Deep production experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code experience, primarily with Terraform and Helm.
- Strong CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with observability platforms.
- Ability to work under broad direction, self-initiate tasks, and make decisions affecting results and deadlines.
