Base Salary
$80k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, optimize, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production.
- Design and manage workflows for job and pipeline development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Manage machine learning model lifecycles using Databricks and MLflow.
- Analyze production issues and create root-cause analyses.
- Evaluate data and model drift using PSI, CSI, and champion/challenger model concepts.
- Support solution architecture, HLD, LLD, change request management, and deployment-board activities.
- Perform LLM-based model training using technologies such as OpenAI, LLaMA, and Claude.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in machine learning and related production systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL for data processing and automation.
- Strong experience with machine learning model training and optimization.
- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, production deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Experience with Azure ML MLOps; knowledge of Azure cloud services for machine learning deployment is preferred.
- Deep understanding of data and model drift, including PSI, CSI, and champion/challenger models.
- Experience with ServiceNow, change request management, Agile, Jira, deployment boards, GitHub, Postman, and Visual Studio Code.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, HLD, and LLD.
- Experience with LLM-based model training, including OpenAI, LLaMA, or Claude.
