Responsibilities
- Design and build key components for EarnIn’s time-and-attendance system.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs in Golang and frontend features in ReactJS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Implement and maintain scalable backend microservices for payroll products.
- Investigate and resolve production issues with a focus on long-term stability.
- Contribute to building a modern platform for time-critical workflows.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- Experience in building end-to-end web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases.
- Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
- Experience managing infrastructure using Configuration as Code tools.
- Deploy and operate services in a Kubernetes environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong collaboration skills across the tech stack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
