Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications.
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
- Maintain software quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle, and domain workflows.
- At least 3 years of experience is required; the posting additionally states a preference for at least 4 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Experience with Java full-stack development is required.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL and REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
