Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deliverables across the Research Platform.
- Take ideas from conception through production features.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices and help evolve the agentic SDLC.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary global team.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues to keep production services running.
Requirements
- Demonstrated autonomous ownership of feature delivery in a complex application.
- Hands-on experience across the full stack and willingness to take on whatever work is needed to advance projects.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience across all stages of the software development life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges.
- Preferred: experience in financial services or regulated technology environments, understanding of financial research, experience with agentic SDLC delivery, and understanding of risk and controls across an application or platform.
