Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across user interface, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Design scalable frontend architectures, reusable user-interface components, and high-performance enterprise workflow experiences.
- Build and optimize backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service-orchestration layers.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features.
- Ensure continuity and stability of the 1Desk 2.0 migration and automation frameworks supporting Disaster Recovery, Data Centre Recovery, and Cyber Recovery orchestration.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise resiliency, security, infrastructure, and regulatory obligations.
- Support application performance, scalability, reliability, operational readiness, and production support.
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript frontend engineering expertise, including Angular, Node.js, component-driven architecture, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience building enterprise-grade single-page and multi-tier web applications.
- Strong backend engineering expertise with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, service layers, microservices, integration patterns, enterprise frameworks, and service-oriented design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and platform engineering concepts, containerized application deployment, build pipelines, automated release processes, and infrastructure-aware application design.
- Deep understanding of secure coding, application performance engineering, scalability, reliability, operational readiness, and production support.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise resiliency, automation platforms, and regulatory compliance.
- Education and experience requirements are aligned to the role’s grade level as determined by Recruiting.
