Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Kinaxis Maestro solutions for supply chain planning processes.
- Build and modify workbooks, worksheets, crosstabs, dashboards, profile variables, expressions, and business rules.
- Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, network planning, DRP, MPS, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solution designs.
- Support data mapping, validation, scheduled data loads, data quality troubleshooting, and system-to-system integrations.
- Perform system testing, validate enhancements, investigate application issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Support platform performance optimization, system reliability, documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise planning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse configuration and solution support.
- Experience configuring Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, crosstabs, expressions, profile variables, and business rules.
- Experience supporting one or more supply chain disciplines, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, network planning, DRP, or MPS.
- Experience with data integration, data mapping, validation, and scheduled data updates.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, plus experience gathering requirements and translating them into configurations.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Kinaxis Author certification, enterprise Kinaxis implementation experience, statistical forecasting, demand sensing, inventory optimization, ETL, APIs, supply chain transformation, coaching, automation, and testing experience.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
