MDM Technical Architect (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Veeva Network MDM architectures covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality.
- Own enterprise project delivery from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Create data models, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Support change management and adoption of MDM best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal service-quality and delivery-framework improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong consulting experience with the ability to architect and implement MDM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in data modeling, data quality, SOAP/REST integration technologies, and data governance.
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and customer, HCP/HCO, and product data domains.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with OpenData, third-party reference data integration, CRM or MDM vendor certification, data warehousing, SQL, ETL tools, web services, integration frameworks, authentication methods, batch data processes, or additional European languages is preferred.
