Responsibilities
- Document and analyze operational processes to identify automation and business improvement opportunities.
- Develop AI-driven solutions that reduce manual work and streamline operations.
- Design and implement AI agents for generating reports, insights, and business assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Support innovation initiatives involving Copilot, agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Entering the junior or senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Understanding of Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts.
- Interest in finance, accounting, sales operations, or business process improvement.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- GPA of 3.0 or above, with transcript verification required.
- Ability to work onsite in Franklin, Tennessee.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
