Responsibilities
- Lead ZCC feature design and implement features hands-on in C++ on Linux.
- Own complex software projects technically from concept through deployment.
- Process packets at ingress and egress at very high speed while minimizing latency for clients.
- Improve code quality and enforce practices for a robust, efficient, and secure client.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance to test work products and prepare them for deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications with a distributed-systems background.
- Strong C/C++ programming, data structures and algorithms, and debugging skills in a cloud environment.
- Deep understanding of operating-system principles and Linux/Unix systems.
- Extensive network programming experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, and proxy technologies.
- Knowledge of kernel-mode networking or NDIS drivers.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within the functional domain.
- Preferred: experience with AIOps, AI-driven predictive scaling, or automated anomaly detection.
- Preferred: understanding of cybersecurity principles, PKI, TLS/SSL, authentication, endpoint agents, and anti-tampering.
- Preferred: experience with Network Data Path, socket programming, and POSIX multithread programming.
