Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features across user experience and backend systems using Java full stack development.
- Deliver client solutions while adopting new technologies and a cloud-first mindset.
- Manage team activities, take responsibility for team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Contribute to architectural and application design discussions and propose scalable solutions.
- Analyze complex problems and improve system performance and user experience.
- Own project areas to support high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Java Full Stack Development.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Expert proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Advanced proficiency in Release Management, Software Quality Assurance, Application Lifecycle Management, and Application Design is suggested.
