Base Salary
$185k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
- Partner with product and design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with modern web technologies.
- Ability to problem solve from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex React-based web applications.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building AI agent-driven conversational user interfaces.
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns (RAG, agents, prompt engineering).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
