Base Salary

$140k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of experiments for deep learning architectures.
Own model optimization and deployment pipelines for high performance.
Drive end-to-end ML workflows from data strategy to production deployment.
Define best practices for experimentation and model evaluation.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on feature delivery.
Mentor and provide guidance to mid-level and junior engineers.
Communicate model architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

2-4 years of experience in deep learning for production computer vision systems.
Deep understanding of deep learning mathematics and architecture decisions.
Hands-on experience with sensor integration and web services in robotics.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, especially PyTorch, and C++.
Proven track record of ML projects from inception to business impact.
Strong expertise in modern object detection techniques.
Experience in autonomous driving or ADAS is a plus.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team culture.
BS+ in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
