Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and administration of Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE controls.
- Design scalable Zscaler data protection architectures, enterprise DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and related controls.
- Lead SSL Inspection strategy, onboarding, exception governance, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and other security platforms.
- Develop automation using Zscaler APIs, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, operational support, and process improvements.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, Security Architecture, Risk, and Engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance while ensuring security, scalability, compliance, and performance objectives.
Requirements
- 9+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Data Protection/DLP experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
- Deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSL Inspection.
- Strong understanding of DLP, data classification, EDM/IDM, information protection, cloud security, Zero Trust, SaaS security, and data protection frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection, REST APIs, JSON, automation, and security-platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Experience integrating platforms with ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA), and Zscaler Certified Architect (ZCA).
