Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and administration of Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE controls.
- Design and maintain enterprise DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and data protection controls.
- Lead SSL Inspection strategy, onboarding, exception governance, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, and other security platforms.
- Develop automation using Zscaler APIs, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, and operational support.
- Design scalable Zscaler data protection architectures from design through deployment and support.
- Drive automation, operational efficiency, process improvements, and secure business operations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance while collaborating with security architecture, risk, application, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams.
- Ensure security, scalability, compliance, and performance objectives are met.
Requirements
- 9+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Data Protection/DLP experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
- Deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSL Inspection.
- Strong understanding of DLP concepts, data classification, EDM/IDM, and information protection.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, automation, and platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Experience integrating security platforms with ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, Zero Trust, SaaS security, and data protection frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA), and Zscaler Certified Architect (ZCA).
