Base Salary

$115k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and administration of Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSE controls.
  • Design and maintain enterprise DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and data protection controls.
  • Lead SSL Inspection strategy, onboarding, exception governance, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, and other security platforms.
  • Develop automation using Zscaler APIs, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
  • Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, and operational support.
  • Design scalable Zscaler data protection architectures from design through deployment and support.
  • Drive automation, operational efficiency, process improvements, and secure business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance while collaborating with security architecture, risk, application, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure security, scalability, compliance, and performance objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of Data Protection/DLP experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
  • Deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, and SSL Inspection.
  • Strong understanding of DLP concepts, data classification, EDM/IDM, and information protection.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, automation, and platform integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
  • Experience integrating security platforms with ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, Zero Trust, SaaS security, and data protection frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA), and Zscaler Certified Architect (ZCA).
