Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of internal tools for testing, automation, and process digitalization across Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Service.
- Design, implement, document, and integrate frontend and backend solutions with Keonn’s cloud systems.
- Develop and maintain software that drives, automates, and logs functional testing of RFID hardware.
- Interface with Linux-based devices, servers, and physical test equipment.
- Help migrate local and on-premise applications to secure cloud-hosted services on AWS.
- Implement and support authentication, access control, data segregation, secure deployment, and related security controls.
- Act as technical lead for operational tools while managing and mentoring at least one team member.
- Coordinate software improvements across Operations and Product Development and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional fullstack development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, MariaDB, and SQL, with the ability to use Python for automation.
- Experience creating backend architectures and flows and deploying applications on local or on-premise servers.
- Understanding of networks and proven experience working with Linux-based hardware and servers.
- Experience using physical test tools and equipment and developing hardware testing software.
- Ability or strong desire to own projects and mentor junior colleagues.
- Fluent Catalan and strong professional English, written and spoken.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, expectation-management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Eligibility to work legally in Spain through permanent residency or free access to the job market.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools with sound judgment about when to verify their output.
