Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA backend solutions for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and ensure integration with the overall architecture.
- Develop and extend SAP solutions using ABAP, RAP, CDS, OData, SAP BTP, and CAP.
- Support integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using modern, clean-core development principles.
- Provide accurate development estimates and contribute to reliable delivery planning.
- Collaborate with functional, architecture, and frontend colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Guide colleagues by sharing backend development best practices.
- Advise clients on backend design and development approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA backend development.
- Experience with ABAP and ABAP OO, RAP, CDS views, and OData services.
- Experience with SAP BTP or CAP-based extensions and SAP/non-SAP system integration.
- Understanding of cloud-ready SAP development and clean-core principles.
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
