Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain systems for core product areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine feature specifications.
- Write technical design documents and high-quality code.
- Operate large-scale systems in production.
- Review technical designs and code with team members.
- Provide technical mentorship to other engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a software engineering discipline.
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language.
- Experience building backend, service-oriented applications.
- Familiarity with queuing and/or streaming systems.
- Foundational understanding of distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn continuously and adapt to a high growth environment.
- Problem-solving skills to tackle difficult challenges.
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
