$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority and system expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Design scalable ORC solutions that account for future growth, infrastructure complexity, and downstream data dependencies.
- Implement, deploy, and optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations and features.
- Drive process automation, data integrity, and metrics monitoring.
- Scope and lead HR technology initiatives from business requirements through technical implementation.
- Translate complex business problems into technical designs and proactively address system dependencies and edge cases.
- Partner with Product Managers, Recruiting, HR leadership, and business stakeholders through iterative design, demos, testing, and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience with expertise in advanced capabilities and configurability.
- 2+ years of experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR organizations to scope and deliver technical solutions.
- Expertise across the full application development lifecycle and identifying cross-system dependencies in integrated environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and related technical components.
- Preferred: functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
- Preferred: experience integrating Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Beamery, Workday, or homegrown talent acquisition platforms.

- Base salary is listed for San Francisco and Seattle roles at USD $180,000–$200,000 per year.
