Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable authorization solutions.
- Architect the FGA platform for extreme performance and scalability.
- Lead design and optimization of core data models and caching strategies.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in authorization systems.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and refactor code.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations for service availability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on Distributed Systems.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and optimizing high-performance algorithms.
- Deep expertise in advanced graph theory and strong command of set theory and Boolean algebra.
- Experience with low-latency and high-throughput application optimization.
- Expertise in Go programming language.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience working in an asynchronous remote environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
