Responsibilities
- Maintain and provision sales demo environments for field proofs of concept, webinars, trials, and customer demonstrations.
- Configure and support infrastructure using established standards, playbooks, and guided changes.
- Execute and troubleshoot automated deployments, improve scripts and pipelines, and follow GitOps practices.
- Use AI tools for deployment troubleshooting, scripting, environment validation, incident documentation, and runbook creation with appropriate human review and controls.
- Support monitoring, dashboards, alert tuning, vulnerability remediation, IAM/RBAC access management, compliance audits, and audit-ready documentation.
- Assist with autoscaling, rightsizing, capacity planning, resource cleanup, performance optimization, testing, profiling, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams on feature integration, readiness reviews, updates, and demo scenarios.
- Create and maintain setup, configuration, maintenance, runbook, and how-to documentation.
- Resolve demo-environment issues, follow incident procedures, escalate complex problems, and document resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with configuration management, deployment automation, and monitoring tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Prometheus.
- Working scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with LogicMonitor administration, including device onboarding, datasource management, and alert configuration.
- Preferred: proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: experience working on-call or managing incidents.
- Preferred: familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools including JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, and BitBucket.
