Base Salary
$171k - $351k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive architecture design of Fulfillment Optimization systems.
- Align with stakeholders on the roadmap and technology direction.
- Navigate and alleviate technical obstacles at the organizational level.
- Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions.
- Participate in the architecture, development, testing, and delivery of software applications.
- Write code to lead by example and assist with high-priority projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering teams in fast-moving environments.
- 10+ years of experience in developing backend services and web applications.
- 10+ years of experience architecting and designing systems.
- Experience building high-performance, highly available distributed software systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define mission and roadmaps.
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
