Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise architecture service engagements for customers.
- Discover and assess legacy application portfolios to determine modernization pathways.
- Evaluate application interdependencies, data flows, and integration patterns to inform migration strategies.
- Develop business capability-led modernization strategies that communicate business value and ROI.
- Design target-state architectures using cloud-native services and modern integration patterns.
- Design and implement AI solutions, including AI agent development and hands-on implementation.
- Create phased migration roadmaps with risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate findings and build consensus.
- Produce executive-ready technical documentation and business cases.
- Contribute to architecture methodologies, accelerators, and reusable practice assets.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of enterprise architecture experience.
- Demonstrable experience with large-scale systems integration and application modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Experience assessing and modernizing legacy systems, including mainframe environments.
- Familiarity with API-led integration strategies and platforms.
- Experience developing and implementing AI agents and using AI in architecture service delivery.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in consulting or systems integration environments.
- Preferred experience with Dynamics 365, CRM transformation, and contact center transformation.
- Preferred experience in hospitals, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Preferred familiarity with modernization assessment tools and automated code analysis.
- Preferred understanding of Australian regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Industry architecture certifications are desirable.
