Responsibilities
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based Platform as a Service capabilities for the Sovereign Cloud.
- Develop sovereignty controls and measures, including encryption, identity management, and control functions.
- Own the lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated configuration management, release management, builds, tests, and deployments.
- Configure and support platforms, networks, applications, security controls, and platform operations.
- Automate and optimize software development, release, deployment, build, testing, and scaling workflows using Git and CI/CD tools.
- Support application development and maintenance, end-to-end performance testing, feature-request tracking, operational requirements, and security improvements.
- Create prototypes and concepts for further automation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Operations teams, and customers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum events and apply agile development methods.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the relevant area.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container-based technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with automation tools and deployment automation, including Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, or Helm.
- Knowledge of CI/CD in a Kubernetes environment and repository management.
- Experience with Git automation, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Linux OS.
- Knowledge of monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Instana.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
