Responsibilities
- Analyze application components and understand their structure and functionality across client projects.
- Design solutions, write and test application code, and perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work.
- Develop reusable Salesforce Lightning Web Components and integrate them into enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in web components.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges and support timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Contribute to decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is required.
- Experience developing reusable components and integrating them into complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web-component performance issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
