Responsibilities

  • Lead development of RaceWatch software for one or more motorsport series.
  • Collaborate with product managers and customers to design features and prioritize tasks.
  • Identify and develop innovative software features.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Improve code quality, organization, development practices, and software reliability.
  • Provide rotational weekend coverage for live motorsport events.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or another scientific or technical subject.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced technical environment and delivering software to customers.
  • Proven experience building applications in C/C++ or another object-oriented language.
  • Experience developing, scaling, and supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with complex data and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for sport, strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Preferred experience includes Windows application development in Visual Studio, video-processing applications, JIRA or Monday, and motorsport.
