Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents integrated into business workflows using relevant AI solution patterns.
- Define integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems using connectors, APIs, and gateways.
- Establish ALM practices including solution packaging, managed solutions, environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and release controls.
- Build governance and security frameworks covering environment segmentation, tenant strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, capacity planning, lifecycle management, identity, and responsible AI.
- Lead discovery workshops, assess current states, capture requirements, and define target architectures.
- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and stakeholder presentations.
- Support pre-sales through scoping, estimation, solution design, and technical demonstrations.
- Develop internal reference architectures, templates, governance playbooks, reusable patterns, and client enablement materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot, including custom copilots or agents integrated into business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM, and tenant administration.
- Experience designing integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems.
- Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements, workshops, technical documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management with Entra ID or Azure AD.
- Working knowledge of RAG, prompt design, grounding, and evaluation for Copilot implementations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-200, PL-400, or MS-600; Azure AI services experience; exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Synapse; Power BI experience; consulting experience at a Microsoft Partner, systems integrator, or professional services firm; CoE toolkit and enterprise governance experience; compliance framework exposure; and C#, TypeScript, or Python skills.
