Base Salary
$146k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, installation, validation, and project deliverables for reporting and analytics systems.
- Drive technical delivery of data historian, reporting, and analytics digital products.
- Lead product evaluations, enhancements, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Support system risk assessments and testing for initial and routine upgrades.
- Deliver code enhancements, including refactoring and deprecation of existing code.
- Diagnose software issues and identify root causes using established procedures.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver global solutions.
- Conduct user-training sessions and mentor fellow engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology or scientific field.
- At least five years of experience providing information systems solutions and support to manufacturing organizations in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Working understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practices.
- Knowledge of ISA-95 standards and computer systems validation practices including GAMP.
- Experience with XML, XSL, SQL, GraphQL, MQTT, OPC UA, OSIsoft PI System, and Emerson DeltaV.
- Preferred experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, SIMCA, Informetric products, and other reporting tools.
- Preferred experience gathering requirements from application users, working in regulated and matrixed organizations, and supporting analytical or predictive software solutions.
