Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and unit test Java and Spring backend microservices.
- Develop Angular web applications that communicate with backend services.
- Write complex SQL queries and perform data modeling.
- Design, develop, and document large-scale enterprise software systems.
- Collaborate effectively within a large development team and manage high-level requirements through delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
- At least five years of technical experience.
- At least five years of Java/JEE design and software development experience.
- Experience with Java web application development, Spring Boot, RxJS, TypeScript, XML/JSON, relational databases, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, microservices experience, NoSQL database experience, and experience with Eclipse and Visual Studio Code.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, initiative, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
