Responsibilities
- Test Tableau Superset dashboards, reports, analytics capabilities, filters, parameters, calculations, dimensions, measures, aggregations, and drill-down functionality.
- Validate KPIs, metrics, calculations, reporting definitions, data accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and integrity using SQL queries.
- Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT testing across source, staging, transformation, warehouse, and reporting layers.
- Validate source-to-target mappings, business rules, data loads, refreshes, nulls, duplicates, missing records, data types, and pipeline failure and recovery scenarios.
- Design and implement test strategies and automated tests for analytics, reporting, data pipelines, APIs, regression testing, and application functionality.
- Build reusable automation frameworks and quality-validation utilities and integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root-cause analysis for production and customer-reported issues and promote defect prevention.
- Use AI-assisted tools for test-case creation, automation scripts, API tests, test-data generation, log analysis, and quality-process improvements.
