Responsibilities
- Design and manage data pipelines for training and validating Large Quantitative Models.
- Develop and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms.
- Lead efforts in cleaning and engineering features from large-scale datasets.
- Conduct deep analysis of model performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers to align ML development with business goals.
- Enforce high engineering standards for code quality and system efficiency.
- Drive technical execution with autonomy in design and implementation.
Requirements
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- 8+ years of postgraduate experience in software development.
- Experience in developing scalable ML systems and data processing pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven history of managing the full ML lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
- Deep proficiency in MLOps and software best practices.
