Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and ensure the reliability and performance of the existing CI/CD environment.
- Design and implement CI/CD migration or evolution strategies covering tools, architecture, and pipelines.
- Improve build times, success rates, and system stability.
- Design and deploy applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Implement rolling update, blue/green, canary, and related deployment strategies.
- Develop monitoring strategies covering logging, tracing, and metrics.
- Support teams in building their CI/CD and Kubernetes capabilities.
- Promote standards, best practices, and internal tools.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD management, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with Linux environments and scripting languages such as Shell and Python.
- Confirmed experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes environments.
- Good understanding of automation, scalability, and reliability concerns.
- Knowledge of Azure is an advantage.
- Ability to structure, improve, and transform existing systems.
- Strong collaboration and team-enablement skills.
