Base Salary
$145k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy reliable machine learning models and systems at production scale.
- Build and maintain feature stores, model-serving platforms, and real-time inference pipelines.
- Embed with product engineering teams to translate research and experimental models into production-ready systems.
- Address ticketing-industry challenges such as real-time pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and fraud detection.
- Develop automated machine learning pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Promote machine learning capabilities and integrate them into SeatGeek’s core products.
Requirements
- At least four years of software engineering experience, including at least two years focused on machine learning systems and MLOps.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of batch and real-time machine learning systems, model serving, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
- A product mindset focused on user experience, business impact, reliability, and model outcomes.
- Strong software craftsmanship, collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills.
