Base Salary
$195k - $343k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new AI/ML systems for Tidal's homepage including search and recommendations.
- Build production systems that personalize the listener's experience.
- Establish quality practices and make broader design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, business partners, and software engineers.
- Design and analyze experiments on production users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and operating quality software.
- 5+ years of experience with recommender systems or ranking systems.
- Experience leading the development of complex models on large datasets.
- Strong software engineering and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS is a plus.
