Base Salary
$170k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as solutions/sales engineer, building strong customer relationships to drive implementation and adoption.
- Design and implement pre-sales solutions, including analytics and technical infrastructure.
- Optimize tools and data to enhance internal workflows and improve customer experience.
- Guide customer teams on SDK and API implementation best practices.
- Triage and resolve technical issues between customers and internal teams.
- Travel occasionally for strategic customer meetings or industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as a sales/solution engineer or equivalent.
- Experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with APIs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with API management tools and demo software is a plus.
- Knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology.
- Technical skills in coding, API/SDK, and AI automation.
